Will a full-size spare tire fit if I have the towing package?

As the topic states, I saw on other posts that the full-size spare fits but I am wondering if the tow hitch kit will obstruct that area in any way?
I would like to do the towing kit and also a full size spare. Thank you!

It’ll work just fine, hitch or no. Your biggest issue would be the tire hanging 3.5” lower than the temporary spare.
