Help. No back up camera no sound

Hi all. Recently my car infotainment center “popped” and went black. We replaced it with a head from eBay. I can now see my screen but I have no back up camera and no sound. I have called the dealership to get it programmed but I am not even sure if that is the solution? It is a 2022 Kia telluride 51000 miles so head was not under warranty
