Infotainment display black

So my infotainment screen in my 2021 telluride went out today, was fine when I shut car off and next time I turned the car on the screen was black, radio and CarPlay won’t work, cameras don’t come on. I’ve tried the small reset button, held down power button, and even disconnected the battery at the negative connection per advice I’ve seen on forums. It still won’t power on. Any further suggestions I can try, or am I at the contact Kia point?
