There is a bank of lights in between the second and third row seats that look to shine forward. I cannot figure out how they work/turn on. Are they even lights? Cameras?

Tried online searching and the manual. Looked in the settings. Cannot find any mention. What the heck are these? Can anyone enlighten me?
