Bought my new 2023 Telly. After 3300 miles the battery died. Before that we were having issues with dome lights not coming on, presets on temperature control not being saved. After testing the dealer said this.
Any comments or similar issues from other Telly owners?
After extensive testing we found that the battery voltage reader was not reporting the correct voltage to the ecm potentially causing voltage irregularity and draw. We were unable to verify a consistent parasitic draw source, but in doing that testing, we were able to find that reader reporting incorrectly. We performed a factory reset to the reader and it is now functioning normally.
