2021 SXP Squealing on the Start

Hi gang. I was reading some previous posts about engine squealing when you start it in cold weather. Mine has been doing this for a couple years now, and the dealership, after 3 visits, had FINALLY heard it after an overnight stay. They were able to "pin point" the noise to a crank pulley. They ordered the part, replaced it, and I got to take her home. The next morning, she was squealing again. What I have noticed lately, is that she squeals when I start her, AND as I'm driving for a couple minutes. It's faint but you can hear it. This is pretty annoying. I hope they finally figure out whats causing it to squeal like this.
