Battery Light

Just took delivery of our 2022 Telluride. We have 141 miles on the car and our battery light is already on. Electrical issue is suspected and we already can’t drive our brand new car.
They feel it may be a bad alternator. Anyone else having these issues?

Also, we did not get all the features we ordered. We got the lighting package and DVD players. It did not have those two items. Dealership said there is a parts shortage and a lot of orders showed up missing items. Kia did not mention it would not come with the items.

Welcome! Please keep us posted on the electrical issues.
Many owners have regretted getting the rear entertainment system. Its old technology and way overpriced. I would get a refund from the dealer and look into getting your own pair of ipads or android tablets instead.
If you mean the $450 lighting kit, its also overated, You get LED for the front footwells and the cup holders (only) which do not sync with the ambient lighting strips in the dash and doors. I would consider yourself lucky.
