Deleting an UVO profile

Does anyone know how to delete a UVO profile that someone had already activated. I created my account and want to activate it but I can't because there is one already showing when I got to the activation screen in the vehicle. It never said anything on the website when I created my account that there was already one linked to my vehicle.

I had to call their UVO support number with my VIN. They reset the account to me. This is in Toronto, Canada but imagine it will be the same anywhere in North America.
