Any issues with using the 265/60r18 snows I have from last year to replace the 245/60r18's?

No experience here - but info for you... FWIW

Need to be sure the tire will work with the rim width, and note that the revs per mile are different

Here are the specs for the stock wheels...

7.5" wide by 18" dia with a 49.5mm positive offset
bolt pattern 5 lugs on a circle diameter of 114.3mm
Thread size is 12mm x 1.5mm
Center bore is 67.1mm

Here are some basic tire specs - need to verify with your actual tire brand

@bogiediver provided some great info. Yes you can fit 265/60R18 on the Telluride but it depends on the tire brand, wheel width and offset as some tires may run wider than others.

Here's an example of the fitment.

Thanks! I had seen the tire specs comparison so I knew the slight differences in dimensions, I was thinking they would work. Glad I'm not alone in trying it! Although mine won't look as cool with the stock EX wheels

Post up some pictures once you get the tires mounted.

Finally got those tires mounted, here's a pic. They fit well and are less noisy than they were on the Durango for sure! Couldn't resist the flag and my shadow....
