Help: Connecting Motorola Z2 Play

Have my Motorola Z2 play...My other cars just downloaded the phone numbers...Get a message that the download did not work. What am I doing wrong. Thanks

Maybe give us a little more detail, I assume you paired the phone already via BlueTooth? Did you allow the Bluetooth connection to access your contacts?

Yes....then it said it could not connect

I misunderstood your question, if you plug it in you can also access your contacts via Andriod Auto.

Maybe try pairing it again or rebooting the phone first? I have a Samsung and had no issues downloading the contacts.
