Everybody loves the upgrades. But are they really worth it. AWD is not the 4X4 type all-wheel drive this is a very weak version used mainly for snow and dirt roads. Yet twice the parts for maintenance later down the road, Also with AWD if you get a flat you must change all tires or your AWD will go nuts. 20-inch tires run from 240 to 400 dollars apiece. Not to mention the rough ride low profile tires offer, and watch them potholes or you'll be buying a whole new set of tires. The KIA windshield is very expensive sells for 1500 dollars. It is treated glass and harden for what reason I don't know. Your insurance will only cover up to 300 dollars, but KIA offers for 900 dollars a 10 yr warranty on windshield up to 3 replacements.

It is generally recommended that all four tires be replaced on an AWD car. Not just Kia’s. This is because uneven wear on your tires will affect the performance of AWD systems. There is a lot written on this subject on the web.

Yes, recommended by the tire sellers.

You can buy one replacement tire and have it shaved down to match the tread depth of the other three. This eliminates the problem.
