Just stay persistent ! I kept a log of each time I called. Emailed like 3 times and called 8 times. My first call was 4/2 last call was 5/9 and I think I got the check around the 15th. It was very draining and annoying on how much I had to call and follow up. Debbie was the one who finally got me as well. I got the round around for awhile - someone was on vacation , they inputes my email incorrectly , etc

I was just glad I finally got my check and then after that I called in asking for the 3 year premium maintaince program for free. They gave it to me very easily and I didn’t feel bad due to the time I wasted with the founder club payment.
